I love endurance sports. I've been running for a while, currently I run 10k's and 7.5k's. I plan on doing a half marathon this year, and aim to do a marathon in the next couple of years.

I also go on a lot of treks. Plan on getting into long distance cycling, the only reason I've not already started is because I need to buy a cycle. Although I plan on doing that once I'm done with a half marathon.

I've tried the gym routine, with the protein shakes and diet changes. I've noticed that it's not a sustainable change, hence stopped going to the gym. Will get back to the gym routine later sometime, but without a complete lifestyle change.
